Barbeque Spicy Chicken (AyamPanggang)
烤肉香辣雞(印尼椰汁烤雞)
*1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Singapore LaksaSpicePaste©
佳廚新加坡風味辣沙SpicePaste©香料醬1包
*4 pieces (250g each) whole chicken legs
整雞腿4只(每只250g)
*185ml (3/4 cup) coconut milk
椰子汁185ml(3/4杯)
*2 tbsp vegetable oil
植物油2湯匙
Step1:Score the chicken flesh every 2cm apart. Combine SpicePaste© and coconut milk in a bowl

Step2:Rub chicken with the SpicePaste© mixture and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour

Step3:Pre-heat charcoal/electric grill. Grill chicken for at least 30 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
