Eligible Entrants 

Entry to Competition is open to residents in New South Wales, Victoria, and Australian Capital Territory, who are aged 18 years and over. 

Employees of Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd and their spouses, de facto partners, and children are not eligible to enter.

How To Enter

1. Purchase one (1) pack of Paldo Bibimmen II between 16 November 2024 to 14 December 2024 from any participating store.

2. Complete the online entry form on the competition website (www.rockman.com.au/promo) with the requested details. 

3. Customer must upload/include their transaction receipt via the competition entry form. The receipt must include the date of purchase, the retail supermarkets’ address or retail supermarket’ name and the purchased Paldo Bibimmen II.

Multiple entries are permitted during the Promotional Period. More chances to win if multiple receipts were entered into the competition. One (1) receipt counts as a single entry, regardless of the number of packs bought.

Prize Details

Grand Prize: 2 tickets for direct return flight to Seoul, Korea (Incheon Airport) from Sydney or Melbourne airports only. Tickets are valued at AUD $4,000 in total. 

Runners-up: AUD $200 cash x 5 winners 

The Grand Prize winner must confirm travel dates for booking and purchasing flights by 31 March 2025.

All travel, including both departure and return flights, must be completed by 31 December 2025.

The winner may select either Korean Air or Asiana Airlines for their journey. If the total ticket cost exceeds AUD $4000, the winner is responsible for paying the difference. Additionally, Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd will not reimburse any balance if the ticket value of chosen flight is below AUD $4000.

Grand Prize is not transferable nor redeemable for cash. Winner's name has to be one of the travelling party when redeeming the flight. 

Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prizes occurring between the publishing date and date the Prizes is claimed. All Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent the Prize winners from winning the Prize.

Determination of Winners

This competition is a game of chance. All six (6) winners (1 x Grand Prize, 5 x Runners-up) will be drawn at random. Prize draw will take place on 18 December 2024 at 14:00hrs AEST, at 375 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164 by Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd. 

Notification Of Winners 

Winner(s) will be displayed on Rockman’s marketing collateral and notified by email and telephone. 

Prize Acknowledgement Date

Grand Prize must be claimed by 12:00hrs AEST on 31 March 2025.
5 Runners-Up prizes must be claimed by 15:00hrs AEST on 31 January 2025. If the prizes are not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prizes will be forfeited.

All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.

Further Details

1. Subject to relevant state authority approval, Rockman reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prizes including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):

a. Prize winners do not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or
b. Rockman cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prizes for any reason beyond its control.

2. No responsibility will be accepted by Rockman for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Rockman’s database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. Rockman accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates.

3. Rockman reserves the right to cancel the award of prize/s to, and/or to disqualify any individual who, as determined in the sole discretion of Rockman, has breached these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Competition.

4. A decision of Rockman in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Rockman shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prizes or entering the Competition.

6. All entries become the property of Rockman and may be communicated to the public by Rockman or used for promotional purposes. By entering the Competition, the prize winners and participants agree to the use of their name, image, audio-visual recording and/or photograph/s, without compensation, and agrees that Rockman will own copyright in any such images, audio-visual recordings and photograph/s.

7. By entering the Competition, participants consent to receiving the Rockman newsletter to the e-mail address submitted in their entry. Entrants can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time.
