The competition is run by Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd, located at 375 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164 Australia.

Eligible Entrants 

Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have their parent or guardian’s permission to enter the Promotion.

Employees of Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.

How To Enter

1. Purchase at least one (1) Prima Taste Complete Sauce between 13 July 2024 to 11 August 2024 from any participating store.

2. Complete the online entry form on the competition website (www.rockman.com.au/promo) with the requested details. 

3. Customer must upload/include one picture of their dish and their transaction receipt via the competition entry form. The receipt must include the date of purchase, the retail supermarkets’ address or retail supermarket’ name and the purchased Prima Taste Complete Sauce. Dish must be made using the purchased Prima Taste Complete Sauce. Once the entry is verified to be qualified, participant will win $50 cash. Participant will be contacted via email for bank account details for payment transfer. 

Multiple entries are NOT permitted during the Promotional Period. One (1) entry is permitted per mobile number. 

Capped at 100 entries for entire duration of promotion.

Prize Claim Date

All prizes must be claimed by 5.00pm AEST on 16 August 2024. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize will be forfeited.

All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.

Competition Period 

The Prima Taste Instant Win Competition commences on AEST 00:01 13 July 2024 and concludes AEST 11.59pm 11 August 2024.

Prizes

$50 cash prize will be transferred into Participant's nominated bank account once entry is verified. Participant will be notified via email.  
$50 cash prize will be transferred weekly to eligible participants on the following dates: 19 July 2024, 26 July 2024, 2 August 2024, 9 August 2024, 16 August 2024. 

Prize Details

Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prizes occurring between the publishing date and date the Prizes is claimed. All Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent the Prize winners from winning the Prize.

Notification Of Winners 

Winner(s) will be displayed on Rockman’s marketing collateral and notified by email. 

Further Details

1. Subject to relevant state authority approval, Rockman reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prizes including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):

a. Prize winners do not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or
b. Rockman cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prizes for any reason beyond its control.

2. No responsibility will be accepted by Rockman for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Rockman’s database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. Rockman accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates.

3. Rockman reserves the right to cancel the award of prize/s to, and/or to disqualify any individual who, as determined in the sole discretion of Rockman, has breached these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Competition.

4. A decision of Rockman in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Rockman shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prizes or entering the Competition.

6. All entries become the property of Rockman and may be communicated to the public by Rockman or used for promotional purposes. By entering the Competition, the prize winners and participants agree to the use of their name, image, audio-visual recording and/or photograph/s, without compensation, and agrees that Rockman will own copyright in any such images, audio-visual recordings and photograph/s.

7. By entering the Competition, participants consent to receiving the Rockman newsletter to the e-mail address submitted in their entry. Entrants can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time.
