The competition is organised by Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd, located at 375 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164, Australia.

Eligible Entrants 

Entry is open only to residents of New South Wales (NSW), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Queensland (QLD), and Victoria (VIC) who are aged 18 years or older. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have their parent or guardian’s permission to enter the Promotion.

Employees of Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd and their first-degree relatives (ie. parents, siblings, spouse, and children) are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method:

1. Purchase one (1) box of Shaomei Ice Cream Stick (any flavour) from any retail store in Australia.
2. Upload a clear photo of the transaction receipt via the online entry form on the competition website to enter.

Each valid receipt constitutes one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per person; multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry is supported by a separate valid purchase and receipt.

Prize Claim Date

All prizes must be claimed by 5.00pm AEST on 10 November 2025. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize will be forfeited.

All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.

Competition Period 

The “Win iPhone 17 with Shaomei” competition commences on AEST 00:01 28 September 2025 and concludes AEST 11.59pm 26 October 2025.

Prizes

Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) iPhone 17 (256GB). The colour of the iPhone will be determined at random.

Runners-up Prize (2 winners): AUD $200 cash per winner.

Prize Fulfilment:

Grand Prize: The iPhone 17 will be posted to the winner’s nominated postal address once the prize has been claimed and the address provided.

Second Prize: The cash prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account.

Winners must provide accurate details to facilitate prize delivery or payment.

Prize Details

Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prizes occurring between the publishing date and date the Prizes is claimed. All Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter Rockman (Australia) Pty Ltd for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent the Prize winners from winning the Prize.

Notification Of Winners 

Winners will be publicly announced on Rockman’s marketing collateral and notified via email using the contact details provided at the time of entry. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and up to date.

Further Details

1. Subject to relevant state authority approval, Rockman reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prizes including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):

a. Prize winners do not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or
b. Rockman cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prizes for any reason beyond its control.

2. No responsibility will be accepted by Rockman for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Rockman’s database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. Rockman accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates.

3. Rockman reserves the right to cancel the award of prize/s to, and/or to disqualify any individual who, as determined in the sole discretion of Rockman, has breached these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Competition.

4. A decision of Rockman in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Rockman shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prizes or entering the Competition.

6. All entries become the property of Rockman and may be communicated to the public by Rockman or used for promotional purposes. By entering the Competition, the prize winners and participants agree to the use of their name, image, audio-visual recording and/or photograph/s, without compensation, and agrees that Rockman will own copyright in any such images, audio-visual recordings and photograph/s.

7. By entering the Competition, participants consent to receiving the Rockman newsletter to the e-mail address submitted in their entry. Entrants can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time.
